Burman, Founder of Dabur India Ltd., SUNDESH works to holistically uplift rural and urban communities through Integrated Community Development Programmes. SUNDESH functions as a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 in Meerut and is based on the principles of self-reliance and sustainable progress. Through the planning and implementation of need-based projects targeted at improving the socioeconomic circumstances of marginalised communities, SUNDESH has been a force for change for more than 30 years. SUNDESH has worked with like-minded organisations, governmental bodies, and departments to realise its vision of sustainable socio-economic development, with a focus on empowering vulnerable groups, especially women and adolescents.
