NARI SHAKTI KENDRA (CTC) – Women’s Skill Development & Livelihoods

(In partnership with Dabur India Limited – CSR; Certification with Singer India Pvt. Ltd.)

Nari Shakti Kendra (CTC) strengthens women’s livelihoods through cutting–tailoring training, enabling self-reliance and sustainable income opportunities within communities. The programme builds practical skills for home-based enterprises and local employment, helping women convert learning into dignified livelihoods.

To accelerate income pathways for motivated participants facing resource constraints, SUNDESH introduced Super 30 under the CTC programme. Selected women from ongoing batches receive Singer sewing machines and a focused skill upgradation workshop led by trained
professionals—supporting faster transition from training to income generation. Through certified training, expert-led workshops, entrepreneurship exposure, and asset enablement, Nari Shakti Kendra (CTC) builds confidence, employability, and leadership among women.
