Overview
IEC–Bihar strengthens learning outcomes in government schools through a competency-based
education (CBE) approach. The programme integrates system engagement, classroom reform,
and community participation to drive sustainable improvements in education delivery.
Implemented under the SUNDESH umbrella with support from the Emeritus Chairperson
(earlier supported by the Chairperson), the initiative reflects sustained leadership commitment to
systemic education reform in Bihar.
